If you are ordering an engraved or custom enamel piece, please allow for additional time on top of our standard 15 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchases in any way, you may return within 7 days of receipt. All custom orders or personalized pieces are final sale. All items are shipped with insurance and require signature upon receipt. If you wish to waive a signature, you release Jessica Winzelberg from responsibility once the product has left our studio. RETURNS: We want you to love your purchases, so if you are not satisfied with your purchases in any way, you may return them within 7 days of receipt. Holiday gift orders can be returned up until one week after Christmas. However, all custom orders or personalized pieces (this includes engraved and enameled pieces) are final sale. All items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. For returns, please contact Jessica Winzelberg at info@Jessicawinzelberg.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number. Items must be in new and unused condition, and Jessica Winzelberg reserves the right to refuse return if condition is deemed unacceptable. Customer must pay return shipping and is responsible for package until it reaches Jessica Winzelberg Studio. Upon receipt, we will provide you with a refund for the full amount excluding shipping costs.
